Moxie Trades stands behind our products. If within 30 days you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your footwear to our warehouse address. Please send an email to moxie@moxietrades.com and provide detail on the issue.
Returns
We make returns and exchanges easy.
Please wrap your footwear box with paper and add your order number to the packaging.

Please allow two weeks for your return credit to be processed after we receive the products at our warehouse. Note: Your complete order will be refunded including the original shipping. We will notify you via email when your return has been credited back to your card.

EXCHANGES
If you are exchanging your footwear due to size, please email moxie@moxietrades.com to advise of new size to ship out and please include your order number. Return your order and we’ll ship out the new size! We try to keep this easy!
